The Champions Center (formerly DCEC) provides critical educational and therapeutic services to children living with different-abilities and special needs.  We serve children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus, Muscular Dystrophy, Cystic Fibrosis, Genetic Conditions and Developmental Delays.
